How realistic is your diet plan??

One theory that is realistic enough and reasonable in explaining capacity building muscle through training program and diet which lived regularly and natural (without operations or steroid) is made by Alan Aragon, a fitness coach who has already been more than 20 years working in the field coaching, or fitness, health and nutrition. The following is the theory:

For the upper class for beginners (1-2 years of experience and training diet is correct) - 1 - 1.5 percent increase muscle mass per month, relative to body weight
For the middle class (2-3 years of experience and training diet is correct) - 0.5 - 1 percent increase muscle mass per month, relative to body weight
For the class (advanced experience and training diet that right for more than 3 years old) - 0.25 - 0.5 percent increase muscle mass per month, relative to body weight

can be seen that the potential as muscle mass decreased in line with you continuously take part in the program training and diet in the right direction. I emphasize here “consistent” and “right” in both elements are not owned by all those who is undergoing a training program and diet.

So, for a person with normal weight 60kg, for example, the new starting training and diet which is precise and consistent, capacity building that in order to increase muscle mass is 0.9 kg. And now many “fitness expert” or product supplement promised to show “muscle mass readings” as 5 kg in a month, etc.
