For optimal weight loss, exercise is a must. However, the best exercise to lose weight depends on your own self. All determined by whether you are really going to do it and if you can do it regularly.

    Choose a sport that you like best and can be done on a regular basis. To achieve the ideal weight, do exercise! This means, any physical activity you do in daily habits will help you lose weight. So, do any sport you like the most or are most likely to do it regularly.
    Cardio. Cardio is one of the best exercise to lose weight. Like, tennis, basketball, football and walking. Cardio can burn excess body fat very well and maintain a healthy heart. Walking is a good cardio workout, especially for those who are just starting to exercise regularly. In addition to burning body fat, walking helps the heart pump and stretch the legs.
    Weight training. Weight training will increase overall body strength, increase metabolism, burn fat and build muscle. Everything is important for weight loss.
    Regular exercise. To keep your metabolism level is always the optimal level, the necessary regularity in physical activity. If you are bored with the exercise you are doing now, trying to do different exercises. This will make you more excited when trying new things.
    Practicing with friends. Having a friend to practice will provide its own motivation. For example, when you are lazy to practice, then call a friend to practice will make you more spirit. Or when you feel the result is not optimal diet, a friend can provide motivation to improve diet and exercise program you better.
